The Commodore 64 251137 Rev C board came to me without a PLA and no VIC-II. I added a new GAL PLA and a Kawari VIC-II video chip replacement. I also had to fix two broken traces as I socketed the entire board. I also replaced all the electrolytic capacitors. #c64
