The Commodore 64 32628 board presented with a wavy screen after powering on for a few minutes. This is normally a failed 74LS293 oscillator circuit chip. However, this symptom was due to the lack of a heatsink on the 5V voltage regulator that gets quite hot. An easy fix! #c64
